Class Update
Reading-This week in RTI we are comparing and contrasting two articles from Newsela about two people desiring to permanently move to MARS! We are working on Close Reading with Annotations
WRITING-In Writer's Workshop we are finishing our Narratives. Next Wednesday, October 11th, we will have Author's Chair at 8:30-9:00 am.
Wednesday and Thursday we have a District Writing assessment which synthesizes notes, text, videos to write a narrative.
MATH-We are learning about adding and subtracting fractions...both the concept and the algorithms
SCIENCE-We are reviewing the SOLAR SYSTEM for the test this coming Thursday, October 5th.
We are finishing up our Collaborative Group Planet Project. Presentations start on Thursday.
NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY!
