WEEK OF MARCH 10-14th

 CLASS LEARNING UPDATE

In reading our class is exploring "How technology is harmful and helpful in modern society" in the "My Perspectives" Book. Each of these interesting stories present an argumentative position supporting a claim. 

In Writing, we begin our new topic...Writing an effective argumentative essay

In Math we are in the middle of our Geometry Unit focusing on Area of Composite shapes and Area of Trapezoids.

In Science we kicked off our new unit about Weather

In Geography we are learning about Central and South America

FIELD TRIP DRIVERS THURSDAY at 7:50am-2:10pm to THE TECH MUSEUM:

(RAIN EXPECTED so dress appropriately...long walk from parking garage to museum/bring lunch)
