CLASS UPDATE
In reading our class began a new unit on the American Revolution. Our first story is about Paul Revere and his amazing life.
In history we are continuing to learn about the original colonies.
In
writing we are kicking off our new unit of poetry. We will be learning how to write haiku, free verse, diamanté, couplet, acrostic, and many more.We will be having a
big poetry recital the last day of school before the winter break when
students will recite a winter poem and an original holiday poem that
they wrote. There will be hot chocolate, croissants, cider and many fancy
students dressed up in their dresses and suits. Parents will be invited
