NASA FIELD TRIP IS THURSDAY. If your forms/prints etc. are not completed we will need to select another driver on our long list. Don't worry if you don't get it done, because there are many exciting upcoming trips this year!
5th Grade-
This week we will start reading Bridge to Terabithia together and this will have spelling vocabulary that each child will learn through the coming weeks. This wonderful book explores imagination, unlikely friendships, family relationships and experiencing loss. Math-We will be going deeper in fractions and learning how they relate to decimals in Chapter 4.
Science-This week we kick off our challenging unit of study about the Periodic Table of Elements. They will learn some catchy songs to help them memorize each of the first 10 elements and the entire table for extra credit.
