Dear 6th Graders and Parents of Room 20,
Rio del Mar Elementary is moving to remote based learning from March 16 - March 27th. Below is a link that the district has provided for families to use at home. I encourage all families to set up a weekly schedule to ensure for adequate learning time. The best/productive time for our 6th graders is in the mornings from 8-10 then snack and some exercise time outside if possible. Throw in a silent reading time from 10:45 for an hour and then work on some more of the assigned sets. Please always make sure there is exercise daily and time to play outdoors weather permitting.
Our classroom Chromebooks will be made available to you if you need it to keep up with our online learning.
Your family will need to provide the WiFi at home and a printer for assignments (if required). There are already Google Classroom assignments posted.

time we have together at home together with our families? Feel free to share on google classroom. Humor, deep wisdom and wit is encouraged!
