In reading we are continuing "Tall Tales"!
In Math we are reviewing for the SBAC Testing, which starts Monday, May 9th.
We are beginning to rehearse the play on the big stage this week and the 13 Colony Play is set for Wednesday, May 25th at 8:10 and 9:10 in the cafeteria. Please begin to put together costumes for each role in the play. Check out the blog on June 2010 and June 2012 of some pictures from another class in their costumes
In History we are learning about the Constitution.
The Science Projects are due next Thursday, May 12th. I have been checking in with each child to make sure that they are progressing. This is NOT a project they can throw together at the last minute.
On Thursday, Bob Wall, a local attorney will be teaching our class about what it's like to be a lawyer. In addition, he will be going over many new terms about court and our rights as American Citizens.
Friday we will be heading to the Watsonville Courthouse. All this week we will be practicing for the big Mock Trial...
